These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yrztiles.com and your purchases from YRZtiles. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

· You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape data, or to disrupt service.

2. Products & Pricing

· We describe products as accurately as possible, but colors and parts may vary slightly.

· Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice.

· Items marked "sold out" are unavailable until restocked; we are not obligated to fulfill past listings.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States (see our Shipping page for full details). Orders are typically processed the next business day after purchase. Outer islands and U.S. territories may incur additional charges. Delivery times vary by region.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. No-reason returns are accepted for opened-but-undamaged sets, with return shipping paid by the buyer; quality or defect issues are covered by us. Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. We do not publish a return address — contact service@yrztiles.com first for return instructions. 6. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, logos, and the YRZtiles and MagFlake names and designs — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

· Products are for play under adult supervision; recommended for ages 3+. Always supervise children.

· The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

· Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify YRZtiles against any claim arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
