We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Opened but undamaged sets may be returned, with return shipping paid by the buyer for change-of-mind returns. For quality or defect issues, YRZtiles covers return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images, logos, and the YRZtiles and MagFlake names and designs, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.
