We want every MagFlake set to be a win. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Simple as that.

No-Reason Returns

Changed your mind, or it wasn’t quite the right gift? Opened but undamaged sets are welcome back — you don’t have to keep the seal intact. For no-reason returns, the buyer covers return shipping.

Quality or Defect Issues

If a tile arrives damaged, or something’s wrong with the product itself, we cover the return shipping and make it right. Just reach out and we’ll sort it.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method. No store-credit detours.
