30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
Change-of-mind returns
Changed your mind or chose the wrong gift? Opened but undamaged sets may be returned; the original seal does not need to remain intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
Quality or defect issues
If a tile arrives damaged or there is a product-quality issue, YRZtiles covers return shipping and will review the available resolution. Include your order number and clear photos when contacting us.
How refunds work
After we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval may vary by bank or payment provider.
